NoWu® Partnership & Sponsorship Agreement

By submitting this form, I agree to the following terms:

1. Commitment: You are committing to sponsor NoWu®’s upcoming event(s)/program(s) and understand the sponsorship amount or in-kind contribution is due upon submission or by the date mutually agreed upon.
2. Benefits: Sponsorship benefits will be fulfilled as outlined in the sponsorship package based on the selected tier.
3. Use of Logo/Name: You grant NoWu® the right to use your organization’s logo and name for promotional purposes related to this sponsorship.
4. Refund Policy: Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable and become active upon receipt of payment.
5. Liability: NoWu® is not liable for damages or loss of any sponsor materials during the event.
6. Tax Deductibility: NoWu® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions may be tax-deductible. Consult your tax advisor.
