NoWu® Event Participation Terms & Agreement

By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Health & Physical Condition
I confirm that I am in good health and physical condition to safely participate in this event.
I have no known medical conditions or impairments that would inhibit my participation or place me at risk during the event.
I assume full responsibility for my own health and safety throughout the duration of the event.

Consent to Use Image and Likeness
I grant permission to NoWu® (NobodyOutWorksUs®) and its representatives to photograph, film, and/or record me during the event.
I authorize NoWu® to use such images, video, or recordings of me in promotional materials, social media, websites, press releases, and other marketing communications, without compensation.

Release of Liability
I acknowledge that participation in physical activities, including basketball and related programming, carries inherent risks of injury.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.
I release and hold harmless NoWu®, its directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from any loss, injury, or damage that may result from my participation.
